1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of April 28, 2008 No. 55 "About approval of Rules of issue by banks of the second level of bank guarantees and guarantees" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5231, published on July 4, 2008 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 101 (1501));
2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of September 26, 2009 No. 212 "About modification of the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of April 28, 2008 No. 55 "About approval of Rules of issue by banks of the second level of bank guarantees and guarantees" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5837, published on November 26, 2009 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 181 (1778)).
3. To department of supervision of banks (Kizatov O. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
