For carrying out researches in the field without license of the established sample (appendix N 1) business entities bear legal responsibility according to the current legislation.
2. The license - the official document certifying capability and the right to the holder of this license for carrying out researches in the field of genetics and/or microbiology in conditions which ensure to users high quality and biological safety according to the current legislation and is valid in all territory of the Republic of Moldova. The license can be valid also outside the country according to international agreements, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova.
3. Physical persons and legal entities, both the local, and foreign, registered as subjects entrepreneurships in the Republic of Moldova in the established legislative procedure have the right to the license on condition that the personnel which are carrying out genetic and/or microbiological researches conform to the requirements specified in Item (4), it is provided with the certified reactants and biological medicines, and in the building provided for carrying out genetic and/or microbiological researches all conditions according to legal acts are created. Requirements to material equipment depend on type and amount of microbiological and genetic researches. The equipment shall be confided by authorized public institution and be confirmed by certificates.
