Determine that the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan is part of the Complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of foreign trade activity, the export potential, mechanical engineering, automotive, electrotechnical, defense, cotton-processing and light industry, standardization of products.
2. Approve:
organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
structure of central office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan with extreme number of managerial personnel of 71 unit according to appendix No. 2.
Grant the right to the Foreign Trade Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to structure of central office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the established number of staff of workers.
