According to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

Approve the Procedure for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors it (is applied).
