About approval of the main conditions of budget crediting of joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek"

1. Approve the enclosed main conditions of budget crediting of joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek" with the subsequent crediting of Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company for financing of updating of the park of cars through BRK-Leasing joint-stock company.

2. To the Ministries of Finance, on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) the conclusion of the credit agreement with joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek";

2) control over the implementation of the main and additional terms of crediting;

3) control and monitoring of target and effective use, timely repayment and servicing of budget credit.

3. To joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek" quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credit in the Ministries of Finance, on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
