1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2017 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on surcharge to teachers for substitution with the period of training of the key employee.

2. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated target current transfers to the 5th following the accounting period.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget with budgets of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017 and is subject to official publication.
