Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of September 20, 2013 No. 682 "About approval of the Technique of determination of the available or absent free handling capacity (capacity) of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 4, 2013 in case of No. 1714/24246.

2. To department of oil and gas complex (Lisnichenko A. P.) provide:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Korzun A. V.
