According to part seven of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of determination of the existing or absent free handling capacity (capacity) of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To the director of the department of questions of production of traditional and alternative types of fuel Ruban I. V. provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bondarenko A. Yu.
