About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide preserving the amount of compensation of government employees which positions and categories of positions are transformed or changed according to this Decree;

2) to take other measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after one month from the date of signing.

Changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2013 No. 520 "About the national commission on personnel policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the personnel commissions of areas, the capitals, the cities of republican value" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 19, the Art. 319):
