About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" rather educational and qualification level "junior specialist"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. The subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (2014, 2004) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. 37-38, of the Art. in the following edition:
"3) the educational activities for educational qualification level of the junior specialist performed by higher educational institutions and based before entry into force of this Law continue within the term of training in certain educational and professional program with issue of the state document on the higher education of the established sample - the diploma of the junior specialist. The last acceptance on receipt of educational and qualification level of the junior specialist is carried out in 2019".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
