1. Approve the list of some orders of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to department of employment of the population in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type in the state and Russian languages in periodic printing editions and in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to legal department of service of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2016 No. 517 "About approval of Rules of the organization and financing of measures for assistance to entrepreneurial initiative" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13934, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on August 3, 2016);

2) the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2016 No. 544 "About approval of standard forms of the social contract" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13917, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on July 28, 2016).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2016 No. 482 "About approval of some standard documents" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13867, published in information system of law of Ad_let on July 18, 2016) the following changes:

in the Standard charter of public institution "Jobcenter of the population of the area (city), area (the capital, the city of republican value)", approved by the specified order:

5) is performed by documents acceptance which list is established by authorized body concerning employment of the population, necessary for purpose of social payment to case of loss of work at the expense of means of the State Social Insurance Fund and sends them to the State corporation;

6) renders services in social professional orientation;

7) renders assistance to persons who are looking for work and the unemployed in matching of suitable work, issues the direction for employment;

8) performs interaction with the State Social Insurance Fund and akims of settlements, villages, the rural district concerning implementation of measures of assistance of employment of the population;

9) keeps the individual card of employment of the unemployed;

10) is signed by the social contract with participants of the Development program of the productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2016 No. 919 (further – the Program), on increase in the mobility of manpower approved by this order perform monitoring of its execution and application of sanctions in case of failure to carry out of its conditions according to the Law;

11) is rendered by labor mediation;

Informs 12) and provides consulting services to citizens concerning participation in the Program, gives help in preparation of documents, holds consultations with applicants for the purpose of studying of their requirements, carries out assessment of needs of applicants in social support, acceptance of their documents;

13) is performed by selection and distribution of potential participants in employment assistance measures;

14) is conducted by monitoring and determines manpower requirement in the local market of work;

15) issues the directions on participation in employment assistance measures;

16) records about availability of free workplaces (vacant positions) at employers, and also about executability of quotas for employment of the disabled people, persons staying on the registry of service of probation persons exempted from places of detention the citizens from among youth who lost or left before age of majority without care of the parents who are graduates of the organizations of education;

17) conducts information and explanatory work among the population concerning participation in the Program;
