For the purpose of further deepening of level of localization of production, expansion of cross-industry industrial cooperation, including between small business entities and large enterprises of the republic, creation based on local raw material resources of the modern high competitive technology productions providing import substitution and saturation of the domestic market with necessary consumer goods and components, economy and rational use of currency means, creation of new workplaces and employment increase of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept offers of the Special interdepartmental commission on providing program implementation of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation about entering of adjustments into the Program of localization of production of ready types of products, components and materials for 2017 - 2019 approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 26, 2016 No. PP-2698, providing inclusion in appendix No. 1 to this resolution of projects of localization according to the list according to appendix.
2. Determine that are applied to the organizations specified in appendix to this resolution, privileges, stipulated in Item 7th resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 26, 2016 No. PP-2698 "About measures for further implementation of perspective projects of localization of production of ready types of products, components and materials for 2017 - 2019" on customs payments from the date of official publication of this resolution, and privilege on taxes - from the first following date of official publication of this resolution.
