1. Item 13 of the Regulations on accounting treatment for the income and calculation of the average per capita income of family (citizen) for the provision of the government address public assistance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2012 No. 274 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012 No. 41" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 40, 5/35480), to state in the following edition:
"13. The income from implementation of business activity joins in the average per capita income of family (citizen) based on the data represented independently by persons performing such activities, and certified by their signature.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
