About the working plan of development of acts and international treaties according to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014
Having taken into consideration information of Board of the Euroasian economic commission on preparation of the draft of the working plan of development of acts and international treaties according to theAgreementon the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Council of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Approve the enclosed working plan of development of acts and international treaties according to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
To provide to board of the Eurasian economic commission together with state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (Eurasian Economic Union) project development of documents in the terms necessary for implementation of the specified working plan.
The decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of May 14, 2012 № 29 "About the Schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the Agreements creating the Common economic space";
The decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 27, 2013 №9 "About modification of the Schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the Agreements creating the Common economic space".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
