1. Approve enclosed:

- Procedure for idea and consideration of the applications of inclusion of goods in the Inventory for which the minimum level of reference prices and about modification and/or amendments in the List is established (further - the Procedure);

- The Inventory form for which the minimum level of reference prices is established (further - the List);

- forms 1 and 2 of statements for inclusion of goods in the List and of modification and/or amendments in the List (further - statements).

2. Determine that:

- Management of the competition and regulation of monopolies (Sakebekov) is responsible structural division on consideration of the applications and maintaining the List;

- The department of the analysis of the goods markets and reporting (Shustikov) together with territorial subdivisions performs monitoring of goods prices on which it is supposed to establish the minimum level of reference prices.
