RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of the list of groups technically the difficult household goods which are subject to warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement for the purpose of application of registrars of settlement transactions

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.11.2023 No. 1251)

According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of groups technically of the difficult household goods which are subject to warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement for the purpose of application of registrars of settlement transactions which is applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.11.2023 No. 1251

3. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
