certificate form on the right of implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) according to appendix 1;

report form about the foreign and (or) intermediary trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) according to appendix 2;

form of the register of the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus who acquired the right to implementation of the foreign and (or) intermediary trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) according to appendix 3.
