About modification of the Procedure for preservation of lands

According to Articles 171, 172 Land codes of Ukraine, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", I order to the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 15, to Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119,:

1. Bring in the Procedure for preservation of lands approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 26, 2013 No. 283, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2013 at No. 810/23342, such changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 7 and in the paragraph the second Item 17 of the word"," to exclude State agricultural inspections of Ukraine;

To replace 2) in the text of the Procedure for the word "State Agricultural Inspections of Ukraine" with the word "Gosgeokadastra".

2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Martynyuk M.P.
