1. Approve enclosed:

the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of networks of heat supply (further - the list of procedures);

Rules of modification of the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of networks of heat supply;

Rules of maintaining the register of descriptions of the procedures specified in the exhaustive list of procedures in the field of construction of networks of heat supply.

2.  To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation with participation of the interested federal executive bodies within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation the approved offers on entering into the Federal Laws and regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of the changes providing cancellation of the excessive and (or) duplicative procedures specified in the list of procedures.
