About approval of the Procedure for customs clearance of the goods moving through customs licensed warehouses of the transport and forwarding organizations

(as amended on on November 7, 2007)

For the purpose of further ordering of activities of customs licensed warehouses and in connection with changes which took place in customs regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for customs clearance of the goods moving through customs licensed warehouses of the transport and forwarding organizations it (is applied).

2. To the head of department of non-tariff regulation (Pashinny O. I.) provide provision of this order on registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Service of the Sable of I.M.
