About approval of the Procedure for provision to warehouse subjects of the status "customs warehouse" and deprivations of such status

According to Section 1 of the Special application of D to the International convention about simplification and harmonization of customs procedures of May 18, 1973, Chapter 58 of the Section XV of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision to warehouse subjects of the status "customs warehouse" and deprivations of such status which is attached.
2. To department of information technologies and customs statistics of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Yurchenko K. G.) within 10 days after entry into force of this order to finish the programmnoinformatsionny complex "Register of Customs Licensed Warehouses" taking into account requirements of the Procedure for provision to warehouse subjects of the status "customs warehouse" and deprivations of such status approved by this order and with provision of opportunity to programmatically create the second part of registration number of customs warehouse one after another in the general list of customs warehouses.
3. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the organization of customs control and registration of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Syomk S. M.) to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
