About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to Chapter 58 and Article 407 of the Customs code of Ukraine, Item 16 of the Procedure for information exchange between bodies of the income and charges, other state bodies and the companies for the principle of the "single window" with use of electronic transmission media of information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2016 No. 364, and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which are attached.

2. Make changes to the application form about provision/renewal of permission to implementation of customs broker activities and the application form about cancellation/suspension of action of permission to implementation of customs broker activities, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 04, 2015 693, registered on August 27, 2015 for No. 1036/27481, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
