Some questions of realization of the principle of "single window" when implementing customs, sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, ecological, radiological and other types of the state control
According to part three of Article 33 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between bodies of the income and charges, other state bodies and the companies for the principle of "single window" with use of electronic transmission media of information which is applied.
2. To the central executive bodies to bring till December 31, 2017 own regulatory legal acts into compliance with this resolution, having provided in them regulations on functioning of risk management system as the bases for control of the goods which are subject to the state types of control.
3. To the public fiscal service monthly to perform monitoring of results of application of the Procedure approved by this resolution and to post on the official website the relevant statistical information by each state body.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 463 "About approval of the Procedure for information exchange between customs and other state bodies by means of electronic transmission media of information" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 41, the Art. 1575).
