About approval of the Procedure for information exchange between customs and other state bodies by means of electronic transmission media of information

According to Article 33 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between customs and other state bodies by means of electronic transmission media of information which is applied.

2. To the state agency concerning science, innovations and informatization, the State Customs Service together with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security, other public authorities which according to the legislation issue the documents necessary for implementation of customs control and registration of goods, vehicles or exercise control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of issue of such documents, to create in structure of National system of confidential communication the special telecommunication E-document system (further - the Edokument system) intended for information exchange between public authorities by means of electronic transmission media of information and to begin its use since January 1, 2014.

To perform the expenses connected with creation and ensuring functioning of the Edokument system in the expense limits provided in the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.

3. To the state agency concerning science, innovations and informatization to prepare in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical tasks on development of the standard compound E-document system and standard organizational technical solution for creation of complex system of information security which contains in it.
