According to part nine of Article 33-1 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Order of interaction between the customs applicants, other interested persons and customs authorities, other state bodies, organizations and the organizations authorized on implementation of allowing or control functions concerning movement of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment through customs border of Ukraine with use of the mechanism of "Single window" which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Finance to approve as the normative and technical document necessary for application of the Procedure approved by this resolution, the list of documents and/or data which need to be provided to Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections for implementation of the relevant activity of official control.

3. Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections to provide to the State Customs Service information on goods, other subjects to the state veterinary health control and supervision which can transfer especially dangerous diseases entered in the list of the International epizootic bureau, or other diseases which are subject to the notification.
