About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2020 No. 971 and recognition No. 78 which voided orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2007
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2020 No. 971 "About approval of the Order of interaction between the customs applicants, their representatives, other interested persons and customs authorities, other state bodies, organizations and the organizations authorized on implementation of allowing or control functions on movement of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment through customs border of Ukraine, with use of the mechanism of "single window" and recognitions voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 87, Art. 2791; 2024, No. 105, the Art. 6673) changes which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2007 No. 78 "About the organization of work of the bodies exercising goods control and vehicles by the principle of "single office" in case of their movement through customs border of Ukraine".
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", but not earlier than day of its publication, except paragraphs of third - the fifth subitem 7 of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in six months from the date of publication of this resolution.
