According to Items 9, 11 parts one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", Items 10, 11 parts one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", in pursuance of the Development strategy of the State Border Service approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2015 No. 1189-r and for the purpose of differentiation of functions in zone of field service before check points for automobile communication and checkpoints of entrance departure on law enforcement, processings of algorithm of the consolidated collateral actions in case of queues on departure from Ukraine and creation of comfortable conditions for travelers order:

1. Approve the Instruction about order of interaction between officials of divisions of the State Border Service of Ukraine and territorial authorities of National police of Ukraine in the field of safety of traffic in places of considerable accumulation of vehicles before check points through frontier of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities and monitoring under control to the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
