The changes made to the Professional and qualification requirements to workers of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs transporting road transport and urban land electric transportation approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2015 No. 287

rules of technical operation of trolleybuses.".

"7.2. The trolleybus driver shall be able:

check technical condition of the trolleybus;

provide safe landing and disembarkation of passengers, their transportation;

eliminate the defects which are not requiring disassembly of nodes and aggregates, arose in transit by means of the available tool, to connect and disconnect bars with current collectors to contact network;

fill in documentation connected with specifics of operation of the trolleybus.".

8. In Item 8 of the word to "trolleybus drivers" shall be replaced with words to "drivers of categories "B", "BE"".

9. State subitem 8.1 in the following edition:

"8.1. The tram driver shall know:

features of the legislation in the field of the organization of regular transportations of passengers by urban land electric transportation;

User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment in case of operation of electroinstallations with tension to 1000 volts;

safety rules in case of operation of electroinstallations with tension to 1000 volts;

legislation bases in the field of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier for damnification of life, to health, property of passengers;

bases of the theory of movement of the tram, forces operating on the tram in movement and on curve sites of way, coupling coefficients, coupling weight of trams;

rules of technical operation of trams.".
