About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

1. In article 2 to state the concept "wine" of the following edition:

"wine – the foodstuff received by exclusively complete or partial spirit fermentation of the fresh or refrigerated clusters pressed or not pressed or fresh grape must;".

2. Part (Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Vina are classified as follows:

a) wine with the protected name of the place of origin;

b) wine with the protected geographical specifying;

c) wine without the protected name of the place of origin and without the protected geographical specifying, but with the name of grade of grapes, referred to as with wine high-quality;

d) wine without the protected name of the place of origin, without the protected geographical specifying and without name of grade of grapes, referred to as with wine.".

3. State Article 23 in the following edition:

"Article 23. Placement in the market of the grape and wine-making products intended for direct consumption by the person
