According to requirements of part two of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine", Regulations on accounting treatment, storages, write-offs and uses of the military property in Armed Forces approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 04, 2000 No. 1225 (with changes), and for the purpose of determination of the basic principles and the single mechanism of cession of property of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine for performance of works and storage I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for cession of property of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine to the companies, organizations or the organizations for carrying out repair, development of repair, development, upgrade, production, research of technical condition, special checks and storage which is applied.

2. To provide to department of logistics of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
