being guided by article 16 of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia about cooperation and the mutual assistance in customs affairs signed on February 14, 1997 (further - the Agreement),

for the purpose of establishment of the mechanism of implementation of the Agreement

agreed about it:

Article 1

The parties authorize management of the relevant divisions of the central offices and separate customs noted in appendices I and II to this Memorandum to establish and support direct contacts with the purpose of accomplishment of the provisions provided by the Agreement.

In case of requirement of appendix can change or be supplemented with each of the Parties with the obligatory message on it of other Party.

Article 2

For the purpose of assessment of operation of the Agreement and discussion of other topical issues of activities of customs meetings of heads of customs administrations in turn in Kiev and in Tbilisi will be held once a year.

Article 3

Based on the Agreement customs administrations and separate customs on request will provide each other information concerning goods which are assessed with high duty, considerable zanizheniye of customs value, will exchange lists of goods concerning which the prohibition of import, export and transit is applied, inventories which are allowed to import, export and transit on condition of availability of permissions which are issued by authorized bodies of the states of the Parties, and also will inform each other on any changes and amendments to these lists.
