Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 23, 2004 No. 3178, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 for No. 1654/10253, which are applied.
