About modification of the Order of the Government No. 983 of December 22, 2012.

Item 2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Establish transition period throughout 5 financial years (2013-2017). To the profile ministries during transition period to distribute assignments to subordinated higher educational institutions for the provided educational services on the basis of the agreements of public purchases signed according to procedures of negotiations without preliminary publication of the announcement on participation.";

To replace 2) in Item 21 of appendix No. 1 of figure and the word "4 financial years (2013-2016)" with figures and the words "5 financial years (2013-2017)".
