1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine:

of July 29, 2004 No. 439/551 "About approval of the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities under the organization and conducting scheduled and unscheduled exit inspections of subjects of foreign economic activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 6, 2004 at No. 984/9583;

of December 11, 2006 No. 758/1105 "About introduction of amendments to the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 29.07.2004 No. 439/551", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2006 on No. 1365/13239.

2. (Krukhmalev S. B.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax and customs audit submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Information communication to department (Semchenko A. V.) provide promulgation of this order in the official printing publication and on the single web portal Mindokhodov.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
