WE ORDER:

1. Approve the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities under the organization and conducting scheduled and unscheduled exit inspections of subjects of foreign economic activity it (is applied).

2. To provide to heads of structural divisions of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, chiefs of regional customs, customs and division managers of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, State Tax Administrations in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol interaction according to requirements of this Procedure and to be guided by it under the organization and conducting checks of subjects of foreign economic activity.
