About approval of the List of the interconnected standards on construction products for use in transition period to harmonized standards
According to Items 3 and 4 of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 913 of July 25, 2016 about approval of the Technical regulation about the minimum requirements to deliveries of construction products (The official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 247-255, the Art. 997) and for the purpose of evaluating compliance of construction products during action of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 226 of February 29, 2008 about approval of the Technical regulation on construction products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, 324) and in transition period to harmonized standards I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve the List of the interconnected standards on construction products for use in transition period to harmonized standards, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid orders of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction, according to appendix No. 2, from the date of entry into force of this order.
3. To provide to management of construction, construction materials and modern technologies publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on Mr. Anatoliye Zolotkov, the deputy minister.
