About approval of Changes in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses by the Public migratory service of Ukraine

According to Articles 259 - 261 Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, and also enhancement of the procedure of registration of materials about administrative offenses I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 28, 2013 No. 825, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2013 at No. 1654/24186, which are applied.

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Sokolyuk M. Yu.
