About approval of the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic represents red rectangular panel in which center the image of round solar disk with forty regularly dispersing direct beams of golden color, with the image of tunduk of the Kyrgyz yurta of red color placed in solar disk, according to the sample given in appendix 1 to this technical specification is placed.
