About the Advisory committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures

2. Recognize to invalid:
paragraph two of Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 18, 2012 No. 161 "About the Advisory committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures";
the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 26, 2013 No. 56 "About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 18, 2012 No. 161".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
