1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming, maintaining and use of the State register of techniques of judicial and expert researches of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2015 No. 49 "About approval of Rules of forming and use of the State register of techniques of judicial and expert researches of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10304 and published in information system of law of Ad_let on March 26, 2015);

2) order of the deputy. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2015 No. 428 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2015 No. 49 "About approval of Rules of forming and use of the State register of techniques of judicial and expert research" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12011 and published in information system of law of Ad_let on September 22, 2015);

3. To provide to department of the organization of expert activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
