About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:

1) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. The certificates of the organizations for maintenance issued before entry into force of this order, according to the Rules of certification of the organizations for maintenance of the aircraft equipment approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of May 29, 1998 No. 205, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for No. 547/2987, remain on September 2, 1998 in force during the effective period established in them.
