For the purpose of implementation of article 28-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" I order:
1. Approve Regulations on advisory council of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine concerning the analysis and assessment of publishing products on its references to such which is not permitted to distribution in the territory of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To management of development of the information sphere and European integration (Radziyevsky I. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its publication.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I leave control of execution of this order for the first deputy chairman Goskomteleradio Chervak B. A.
