About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 948 of August 7, 2008.

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 948 of August 7, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults – the victims of human trafficking, illegal migration, and also children without maintenance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 152-153, 949), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in the text of the Resolution, and also in the name of the Provision of the word of "illegal migration" shall be replaced with words "persons which are in difficult situation";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Information Development" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The ministry of information technologies and bonds" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Items 1 and 19 of the word of "the victim of illegal migration" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "faces, being in difficult situation" in the corresponding grammatical form;

c) in Item 2 determination "the victim of illegal migration" to replace with determination "person which is in difficult situation" in the following edition:

"person which is in difficult situation – person is more senior 18 years revealed and having the status confirmed with bodies of the public assistance which cannot return on the residence (to country of source) because of vulnerability condition in which there is this person in the territory of other state called by set of the following circumstances: serious problems with health, lack of financial resources, absence or loss of documents which cannot be recovered by this person independently, and also lack of support from family members;";

d) in item 4 of the word "Ministry of Public Education and Youth" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Public Education";

e) state Items 17 and 18 in the following edition:
