1.2. add with parts 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3 of the following content:
"1-1. Provide in centralized procedure payment of natural gas, the electric power, transportation of the waste and household waste used by the displaced persons and persons equated to them (except for the displaced persons and persons equated to them who are actually living in the densely populated places of temporary resettlement which are not provided with natural gas in individual procedure) who are actually living in temporary densely populated places (the former hostels, medical boarding houses and other buildings) at the expense of public funds within the regulations established for displaced persons till January 1, 2017 before their resettlement to new residential sites where it is possible to establish and to technically operate counters in individual procedure.
