Article 1 of Determination

1. In this Agreement it is understood under:

- the country of departure - the country of one of the Contractual Parties from which territory loads are taken out to the third countries by en route through the territory of the country of other Contractual Party;

- the country of destination - the country of one of the Contractual Parties which is the place of final purpose of loads which are imported from the third countries by en route through the territory of the country of other Contractual Party;

- the transit country - the country of one of the Contractual Parties through which territory loads are transported by en route from the third countries to countries of destination or from the country of departure to the third countries;

- the procedure of customs tourism - the procedure for transit transportation established by the Contractual Party under customs control of loads which arrive from the third countries, and also sent to the third countries through customs area of one of the Contractual Parties;

- customs of the place of departure - any customs of the country of departure in which zone of activities there is sender;

- customs of the destination - any customs of the country of destination in which zone of activities there is receiver;

- inlet customs - customs of the country of tourism through which loads are exported from the territory of the country of tourism;
