"Approval of real estate transactions of the companies which cost in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about estimative activities exceeds 150 million rubles except the transactions connected with transfer of the specified property to lease is performed by Federal Agency for State Property Management based on the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Russian Prime Minister or the decision made according to its order by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation or the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.
