Based on subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1105

1. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about inspection routine of railway tracks of uncommon use regarding observance of requirements for their content in the condition ensuring traffic safety and operation of rail transport;

The instruction about inspection routine of technical condition of railway rolling stock of rail transport of the uncommon use coming to ways of general use;

The instruction about procedure for inspection of the vehicles of rail transport going on railway tracks public regarding their compliance to safety requirements of movement and operation of rail transport.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
