1. Approve the Instruction about the organization of transfer to lease and the conclusions of lease agreements of personal military estate which is applied.

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on August 3, 2012 No. 514 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of transfer to lease and the conclusions of lease agreements of personal military estate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2012 on No. 1465/21777.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
