About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:

1. Part (Article 7 to add 3) with Item c) of the following content:

"c) the foreigner has no transit airport visa and belongs to the category of the foreigners obliged to have the transit airport visa when passing through zone of the international transit of the airport located in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.".

2. In Article 16:

in part (the words "through the international transit area" shall be replaced with words 1) "through zone of the international transit";

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) According to the national legal system the transit airport visa is obligatory for natives of the countries which citizens shall have the transit airport visa when passing through zone of the international transit of the airport located in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. The same mode is applied also to foreigners who, without being citizens of the states included in the list of the states which citizens shall have the transit airport visa when passing through zone of the international transit of the airport located in the territory of the Republic of Moldova have the travel documents issued by bodies of data of the states.".

Art. II. – In the Law on natives of the third states obliged to have the visa, and natives of the third states exempted from obligation to have the visa when crossing frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 257/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 1-3, 2), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
