1. Approve the Procedure for development, approval and approval of schemes of sanitary cleaning of settlements which is applied.

2. To management of improvement of the territories and public service (Barinov N. A.) together with Legal department (Dorofeyev M. Yu.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B.

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of development, approval, approval of schemes of sanitary cleaning of settlements (further - the Scheme).

2. The structure and contents of the Scheme are determined by GSN B.2.2-6: 2013 "Structure and contents of the scheme of sanitary cleaning of the settlement" (further - GSN B.2.2-6: 2013).
